$200 per 50-minute session

Insurance 
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am in network with the following insurance plans:

I offer a free benefits check in order to help you navigate the difficult and confusing world of insurance reimbursement. 

Reduced Fee 
Reduced fee services are available based on need.

Payment 
Cash, check and all major credit cards, Venmo and Chase Quick Pay are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy 
48 hour notice is required to cancel a session. If a session has to be cancelled without notice you will incur a cancellation change in the full amount of the session.
